Despite the much-needed rain during June, we have been able to start the construction of our new winery, which is being built into the hill just below our cellar door and Red Shed Café. Ross & Robyn's son, Tim Wilson, is the architect of the winery, which features an underground barrel cellar and contemporary design with energy efficiency and capture and recycling of water a key feature.
